Nikki took my initial call after normal business hours, enthusiastically received my request for a house with very specific location/price/bedroom/bathroom requirements, responded within a day with a listing of several amazing houses, helped me pull together all the necessary paperwork once we chose a house, met me after normal office hours for the signing since I was unable to go to the office, and has been very quick to respond to any questions I’ve had through this whole process. And, as if this weren’t enough, Nikki had to be out of state for a few days – but came straight from the airport upon her return to meet us at the house we wanted to see, even though we only gave her about two days’ notice before she left town! I really feel she has advocated on my behalf, helped me find the very best fit for my needs.

During a six month period, Nikki pulled off the perfect trifecta, performing real estate services well above and beyond what a client has a right to expect.
