NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS FORECAST
2009 is going to be a challenge as realtors continue
to try to lure people back into the market of buying homes within a marketplace where homes prices are at their such low prices. The National Association of Realtors is spending a significant amount of time in Washington with political leaders discussing how to stimulate the home buying market and get the economy back on track. While home buying is not the only factor, it is certainly a large part of the motor that keeps this country moving forward.
Personally, I have a few things popping. I do believe that when people feel that the market is stabilizing they will move forward with their home buying/selling plans. If you are able to do it, this is actually a great time to buy considering the low mortgage rate levels and the availability of homes which are more than priced to sell.
In addition, if you’re thinking about refinancing, call your lender or click into one of my links as these are proven lenders in the Phoenix metropolitan area. It is not advisable, however, if you are not saving more than $100 per month and/or getting yourself out of an ARM.
It’s a little hairy out there, but stay positive and move forward. If you put your mind to something with confidence you can make it happen! Happy 2009……
